Butcher

Full-time butcher role in Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock, starting immediately, with responsibility for the meat and sausage counter, the team, product quality and presentation.

• Take responsibility for the meat and sausage counter and lead your team with expertise and enthusiasm
• Prepare and finish meat, make your own barbecue specialities and contribute creative ideas
• Check product quality professionally, reorder stock and ensure careful storage
• Present products attractively and help design creative counters that meet customer needs
• Work with the team to create an attractive fresh food counter and a great shopping experience every day

• Completed vocational training as a butcher, ideally in food retail; comparable qualifications are also welcome
• Experience in butchery or delicatessen production is an advantage; motivated newcomers with a passion for the trade are also welcome
• A responsible approach and a strong sense of quality, hygiene and freshness
• Enjoyment of customer contact, a strong service mindset and a friendly manner
• Initiative, teamwork and open communication, with a willingness to help and contribute actively
