Commercial Clerk Real Estate

REWE Dortmund SE & Co. KG is looking for a commercial clerk for real estate in Dortmund, part-time at 20 hours per week. Start: 01.01.2027.

• Create rental and sublease contracts based on existing contract templates
• Handle the commercial administration of rental and sublease relationships
• Record, process and maintain contract data in the property management software
• Handle phone and written correspondence with contract partners
• Create and process turnover rent and service charge statements
• Coordinate rental matters with accounting
• Take on varied special tasks within the department

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Ideally experience in drafting contracts from templates and basic knowledge of tenancy law
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Structured, precise and careful way of working
• Confident and reliable expression in speech and writing
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• Team player with strong service orientation when dealing with internal and external customers
