• Store organization: You support the store management in organizing and implementing all processes – from range design to sales promotion
• Keeping an eye on key figures: You keep track of sales, cost and inventory development and actively contribute to the economic management of the store
• Processes & Standards: You ensure a smooth flow of goods and ensure that legal and operational requirements are met
• Quality: With your quality awareness and customer orientation, you create a shopping experience that convinces
• Team leadership: As a contact person for the team, you plan personnel deployment and promote a motivating working atmosphere

• Qualification: Completed vocational training in retail, ideally in food retail. A degree as a certified retail specialist is a welcome plus
• Responsibility & Leadership: Whether as deputy store manager, substitute or from other areas such as gastronomy or hospitality – what counts is your commitment
• Experience: Business management know-how and a good understanding of retail processes help you keep an overview and think economically
• Customer contact: Customer orientation, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills characterize you
