- Your tasks
- Conducting consulting and sales talks
- Determining merchandise requirements and merchandise disposition
- Storage and control of goods
- Building and designing the product range
- Presentation of goods and implementation of sales promotion measures
- Introduction to employee management
- Conducting personnel planning as well as creating sales statistics, success controls and settlements to control and steer the market's performance
- What characterizes you
- Good high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification
- Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (f/m/d)
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business contexts
- Customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Confident and self-assured appearance
- Assertiveness, teamwork and organizational talent
- High willingness to perform and ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
