REWE Markt GmbH offers a retail management training programme specializing in deli foods at Kellnerstr. 4 in Halle (Saale). The full-time training contract starts on 1 August 2027 and is expected to end on 31 January 2029. The programme allows school leavers with a university entrance qualification to shorten the three-year apprenticeship to 18 months.

• Conduct customer advice and sales conversations
• Use digital store systems and purchase, store and check fresh food
• Organize the fresh food department, including staff scheduling and team management
• Carry out projects such as customer retention and quality assurance
• Analyze sales statistics and assess profitability, for example through stock checks
