About this Apprenticeship
Permanent full-time deputy store manager / assistant store manager role at the REWE store in Teutschenthal, Albert-Heise-Straße 72c. Immediate start supporting store operations, team leadership and customer advice.
What You'll Learn
- Help implement REWE's sales concept and carry out related advertising and sales activities
- Manage sales, costs, stocktaking results and quality management, and ensure compliance with legal and company rules
- Support your team, lead by example and prepare staff schedules
- Lead with respect and as equals, building cooperation based on trust
- Make customers feel welcome through expert advice and helpful service
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in business, preferably in food retail; an advanced retail management qualification is a plus
- Ideally, experience as a manager or deputy manager in retail sales
- Motivation to perform well, strong organisational skills and a results-focused approach
- Leadership skills, a sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Willingness to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 05:00 and 22:00 and Saturday between 05:00 and 20:00
