Working Student Project Management Creative Hub

Within REWE Marketing, the Creative Hub develops all communication materials for the REWE brand. In the Collaboration Lab we jointly organize creative teams – internal and external – and conduct creation and production briefings as the central control unit of the Creative Hub through the workflow. We strengthen collaboration with Marketing and Media and jointly develop the infrastructure around the Creative Hub. You support resource planning for internal and external creatives. You assist with the acceptance and control of briefings through the workflow. You take responsibility and implement internal projects for process optimization. You take responsibility: You are responsible for communication and coordination with the REWE Marketing Team and for updating & maintaining process documentation. You are right at the forefront: You support the planning and organization of photo shoots in the REWE Studio. You keep an eye on the big picture: You schedule photographers and food stylists and assist with procurement of goods.

• First and foremost your personality: Your high level of commitment and willingness to perform as well as your team skills and social competence.
• Your interest in creative processes in marketing.
• Your current (technical) university studies with a focus on marketing or a comparable degree program.
• Ideally you have already gained initial practical experience in an internship or working student position in the field of marketing.
• Your good knowledge of common MS Office applications.
• Your strong communication skills as well as your independent and structured way of working round off your profile.
