• Production planning and 101 control
• Scheduling of all production and consumable materials as well as planning and control of relevant parameters
• Bottleneck management and expediting
• Conducting inventories
• Management and documentation of inquiries and procurement documents
• Creation of supplier and material master data and requesting required documents (onboarding)
• Transfer of master data from Siemens-IPL to SAP-MM with addition of information
• Ensuring a reliable data basis for creating reports in SAP and Tableau

• Completed technical school education or 3-year job-specific vocational training in materials management and logistics
• Experience in scheduling and quantity planning
• Knowledge of SAP-R/3 or SAP-S/4 Hana
• Proficient in MS Office
• Very good English skills written and spoken
• Structured working method
