About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of Germany's largest insurers. In your apprenticeship in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region: Weeze.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understanding insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschule certificate or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: Monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year of training – plus holiday and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries.
