What You'll Learn
- Responsibility for the patient-oriented organization and implementation of the nursing process
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations
- Management of the admission and discharge process
- Patient-oriented organization, coordination and optimization of ward processes
- Ensuring nursing quality
Requirements
- A completed training as a health and nurse (m/f/d) or nursing professional (d), pediatric nurse (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- High level of patient orientation
- Sound professional knowledge
- Independent and solution-oriented work
- High social competence and empathy
- Willingness to cooperate with other professional groups
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment and flexibility
