Mandatory Internship in Process Development

In the heart of the Allgäu region, our highly motivated team works with a manufacturing technology unique at Bosch: powder injection molding (Ceramic- and Metal Injection Molding, CIM/MIM). This technology enables the precise manufacturing of highly complex geometries to meet the ever-increasing demands of, among others, the automotive industry. We supply our products to internal and external customers worldwide. • During your internship, you will comprehensively support process development, always keeping safety, quality, costs, and on-time delivery in view, and coordinating closely with production planning.
• You will independently take on sub-projects and accompany process development in daily business, especially during the launch of new products, applying the methods of the Bosch Production System (BPS).
• Designing Industry 4.0 projects for the collection and analysis of production data is also part of your responsibilities, to continuously improve the department's performance and get to know the latest Bosch Industry 4.0 tools.
• Last but not least, you will work closely in interdisciplinary teams from process development, production, planning, and other cross-functional departments, prepare and follow up on important meetings, and present your results convincingly.

• Education: University studies in a technical or business administration field
• Experience and know-how: confident handling of MS Office
• Personality and work style: you can flexibly adapt to new requirements and communicate openly in the team, while driving your tasks independently, motivated, and responsibly
• Languages: very good German and English, both written and spoken
