Mandatory Internship Logistics - Focus on Data & Analytics

Mandatory internship at Robert Bosch GmbH in Blaichach, focused on data and analytics in logistics. You will work on reporting, dashboards, data migration and automation solutions. Duration: 6 months, only possible as a mandatory internship under the study and examination regulations. Enrollment at a university is required.

• Design, develop and optimize reports and dashboards to steer logistics processes precisely, including data preparation and quality assurance
• Help with integrating and migrating data from Oracle to modern data platforms such as Databricks and design suitable data structures
• Help shape the transformation of reporting from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA and contribute your own optimization and digitalization ideas
• Develop and optimize applications and independently create automation solutions to improve logistics and administrative processes
• Support the development and introduction of practical AI use cases and create guides and training content for employees and managers
• Take on projects independently, from gathering requirements with internal customers through design and implementation to ongoing support and further development

• Studies in business informatics, computer science, applied computer science, data science, data analytics, industrial engineering with an IT focus, logistics, data analysis or comparable, with good academic results
• Basic understanding of data analysis and data structures; first knowledge of SQL, databases or similar technologies; first practical experience working with data is an advantage
• You get up to speed on new topics quickly, work independently and approach tasks in a structured way
• On-site presence is required (mobile working on fixed days possible by arrangement)
• Interest in reporting, data visualization and analytical work
• Fluent German and very good English
