Internship in the Development of Mechanical Manufacturing Technologies

Internship at Bosch in Blaichach in the development of mechanical manufacturing technologies. Start by arrangement, duration 6 months. Enrollment at a university is required.

• During your internship you carry out process investigations, for example for press-fit or staking processes in gasoline direct injection or new brake systems.
• You also prepare and create test plans, run tests and evaluate the results statistically.
• Writing a test report from the collected data is also part of your tasks.
• Together with the team you inspect, label and measure test parts, learning to handle these components carefully.
• You learn about the factors influencing our processes and help with CAD drawing or hand sketches for test tools.
• You work closely with our workshop, development, production and prototype and equipment construction, and gain insight into coordination processes in the SE team.
• Last but not least, you help develop new manufacturing technologies not available on the market, or optimize them, helping us secure our competitive edge.

• Education: studies in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or similar
• Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office
• Personality and working style: you act independently and responsibly, react flexibly to change and develop solutions with purpose
• Daily work: presence in the office required
• Languages: very good German and English, spoken and written
