Internship in Internal Communications and Continuous Improvement

The Deployment Business Excellence department at the Blaichach/Immenstadt plant handles internal and external communications, continuous improvement, organisational development, event management and employee surveys. During this five- to six-month internship, you will work in a small, varied team with many departments and levels of management. The start date is by agreement.

• You will design and publish communications materials, from PowerPoint presentations to visual content created with Photoshop and InDesign.
• You will write concise texts and edit content for internal digital channels, especially the intranet and social media.
• You will photograph internal events and create video clips, from planning and filming to editing and sound.
• You will help prepare, run and follow up on continuous improvement workshops held online and on site, and prepare analyses and project documents.
• You will organise internal events such as management conferences, exchanges with external partners and strategic meetings.

• Studies in graphics, design, communications, PR, media studies, business administration, economics or a similar subject.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and image and video editing software; experience in editorial work, design, social media and content management systems is an advantage.
• You approach others openly, present your ideas confidently, communicate clearly, find solutions on your own initiative and work effectively in a team.
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
• Enrolment at a university or other higher education institution.
