Mandatory Internship in Agentic AI Harness, Generative AI and Agentic Workflows

Dive into the world of agentic AI and generative AI with us, explore the potential of LLMs and turn your ideas into innovative AI solutions. Mandatory internship at Bosch, lasting 6 months. Enrollment at a university is required.

• Support the design and development of an agentic framework for orchestrating LLM-based agents, tools and function calling
• Develop and improve agentic workflows for internal use cases, including planning, tool use, memory mechanisms and multi-agent coordination
• Integrate and evaluate generative AI/LLM models and prompt strategies, including prompt engineering and guardrails
• Develop evaluation and benchmarking pipelines to measure agent quality, reliability and performance
• Prototype proofs of concept and contribute to Python-based tools, APIs and automation
• Document results and present your findings to the team

• Studies in computer science, data science, AI/machine learning, software engineering, mathematics or similar, with good grades
• Solid programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with generative AI and LLMs (e.g. prompt engineering, LLM APIs, frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex)
• Understanding of REST APIs and Git
• Basic understanding of agentic concepts (tool calling, RAG, multi-agent systems)
• First experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), CI/CD or ML evaluation frameworks
• You are curious and eager to learn, approach tasks independently with a structured and analytical mindset, and enjoy working with others
• Passion for generative AI, autonomous agents and building cutting-edge AI tools
• Very good English skills and beginner-level German skills
• Enrollment at a university
• Confirmation of the mandatory internship is required
