Associate in M&A Advisory

Join the teams in Hamburg and Stuttgart to support companies with M&A transactions, strategic decisions and mergers. Use your analytical skills, negotiation skills and business judgment, supported by modern AI tools.

• Support national and international M&A transactions on both the sell side and buy side throughout the entire transaction process
• Prepare and compile transaction documents, particularly teasers, information memoranda, pitch materials, management presentations and other documents
• Build financial models, carry out company valuations and analyse markets, business models, companies and competitors
• Support due diligence processes, the setup and management of virtual data rooms and the coordination of Q&A processes
• Support business development activities, particularly industry and investor screening, financial analysis and the preparation of pitch and marketing materials
• Work directly with partners and experienced colleagues on current client assignments

• A completed degree with above-average results in economics, business or a similar subject, ideally with a focus on finance
• Initial relevant practical experience through internships in M&A, corporate finance, transaction services, private equity or strategy consulting
• Strong analytical skills and a strong ability to think strategically and commercially
• A strong drive to perform, resilience and a professional manner
• An independent, structured and careful approach to work with high quality standards
• A strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for new AI and digital solutions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
