About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Setting up, maintaining and looking after server and client systems
- Receiving and handling faults and support requests (1st and 2nd level support)
- Integrating data protection and IT security measures
- Taking part in innovative IT projects with global reach
Requirements
- Successful intermediate school leaving certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification or general university entrance qualification
- Technical interest and understanding of IT systems and networks
- Good spoken and written communication skills and careful documentation skills
- Confident use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools
- Commitment, curiosity and an independent way of working
- Enjoyment of teamwork, strong communication skills and reliable organization
