Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems - Avionics / High-Frequency Technology / Troubleshooting

Rohde & Schwarz is looking for an electronics technician for devices and systems at its central technology and manufacturing site in Memmingen, to test and troubleshoot high-frequency devices in avionics. Full-time, permanent. Pay follows the collective agreement of the Bavarian metal and electrical industry, with a 35-hour week.

• Testing devices with high-frequency technology in avionics
• Systematic analysis as well as structured troubleshooting and repair at device and assembly level
• Processing and repairing service devices and service assemblies
• Helping to optimise test equipment, test processes and product-side solutions
• Technical support for service handling of complex questions and close coordination with neighbouring departments

• Completed technical vocational training as an electronics technician for devices and systems (m/f/d) with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience working with electronic assemblies and devices, especially in systematic troubleshooting
• Sound knowledge of analysing and fixing technical faults
• Good German skills (at least B2) and good written and spoken English
• Structured, self-reliant way of working and interest in continuous professional development
• Ideally experience in avionics or high-frequency technology
• Willingness to work shifts
