• Independent execution of repairs, rework and modifications on complex electronic modules and printed circuit boards according to technical documents, drawings and specifications
• Analysis of fault patterns and causes of damage on electronic modules as well as selection and execution of suitable repair measures
• Execution of demanding soldering, rework and repair work on modules with high quality and reliability requirements
• Assessment of repairability of modules and decision on suitable repair measures within specified guidelines
• Creation and maintenance of work instructions, repair specifications and technical documentation in the respective area of responsibility
• Support in the introduction of new technologies, manufacturing processes and repair methods

• Completed technical vocational training in electronics, mechatronics or comparable qualification
• Extensive knowledge of electronics manufacturing, printed circuit board technology and module repair
• Confident application of relevant IPC standards as well as experience with modern soldering, rework and repair procedures
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams and layout data
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Good English skills in word and writing
