• Independently manufacturing individual parts and small series, and carrying out, analysing and evaluating kinematic and geometry corrections as needed
• Precise optimisation of machining strategies in CNC control programs and development of user-oriented programming solutions
• Ensuring the measurability of complex components, optimising inspection processes, and professional responsibility for measurement results and their correct evaluation and implementation
• Identifying and actively driving improvement of manufacturing processes (e.g. setup optimisation and process stability)
• Operating multiple machines after training period
• Work preparation and co-deciding on follow-up orders in line with efficiency and the production mission statement
• Root cause analysis of machining errors and independently initiating corrective measures

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanic or comparable
• Relevant work experience in CNC machine operation
• Routine use of measuring tools, strong technical and professional skills in analysing measurement results
• Advanced programming knowledge required (tooling technology, material properties, physical and thermal influences, milling and turning strategy)
• Very good knowledge of reading drawings
• Willingness to work shifts
• Independent, goal-oriented way of working and a high level of understanding of efficiency, flexibility and scalability
• High level of teamwork ability with a communicative working style
