Global SCM Project Manager, Process Management & SAP

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking an experienced project manager for international supply chain management projects, process management and SAP in Memmingen. This permanent, full-time role involves standardizing supply chain processes and integrating international sites.

• Lead international projects to standardize and align end-to-end SCM processes
• Establish lasting processes and structures on site at an international location
• Analyze gaps between local procedures and corporate standards and develop practical measures to close them
• Coordinate with local departments and IT and ERP teams
• Support rollouts, ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, and design and deliver training and change management measures
• Establish and lead governance structures, such as review boards, steering committees and KPI reporting
• Monitor and report project progress using defined KPIs and initiate corrective actions
• Support the integration of new sites and mergers and acquisitions projects focused on SCM processes

• Completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in international SCM projects and process management using Lean principles
• Willingness to live abroad for several years (2-3 years)
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP EWM/MM/SD/PP
• Experience in gap analysis, process documentation and international rollouts
• Very good spoken and written German and English, at least B2 level; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally and confidence working across cultures
• Experience leading governance meetings and managing stakeholders in complex project structures
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, goal-oriented approach to managing projects
