Project Scheduler Large Projects

Do you like creating structure in complex projects and keep an overview even with many dependencies? As Project Planner Large Projects (f/m/d) Marine Communication Systems you support our project teams in planning and controlling demanding large projects and ensure transparency, reliable data and an integrated overall plan together with various stakeholders.

• You support the scheduling and project planning of demanding large projects and maintain integrated project plans in Microsoft Project.
• You structure projects, create and optimise Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and other planning templates.
• You coordinate the alignment between project management, engineering, integration & verification and controlling and ensure a reliable planning data basis.
• You analyse schedule deviations, assess impacts on the overall project and support forecasts and re-planning.
• You actively work on the further development and standardisation of planning processes, workflows and methods.
• You create management reports, presentations and decision papers and contribute to continuously developing project planning with regard to dates, costs and scope of delivery and services.

• You have already gained experience as a Project Planner (f/m/d), Project Scheduler (f/m/d), PMO (f/m/d), Project Coordinator (f/m/d) or in a comparable function within complex projects.
• You bring experience from large projects in the double-digit million range or from technically demanding industries such as rail, aviation, defence, high-tech, plant engineering or automotive.
• You have a sound understanding of project planning, dependencies and end-to-end processes and keep the big picture in mind even in complex contexts.
• You work confidently with Microsoft Project (or similar) and have a high affinity for planning and control tools; experience with Jira is an advantage.
• You are characterised by analytical thinking and enjoy creating structures and establishing transparency in dynamic and not always fully defined environments.
• You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and work fluently in both German and English in a target-group-oriented manner. You bring the necessary flexibility and a service-oriented mindset to support project management and engineering in the best possible way.
