Production Team Coordinator

Rohde & Schwarz is looking for a production team coordinator in Memmingen. This permanent, full-time role involves coordinating workflows and repairing and analysing faults in avionics equipment.

• Act as the technical contact for internal and external customers with questions and problems concerning repairs and fault analysis of avionics equipment
• Carry out repairs, including analytical troubleshooting of products and measuring equipment, identifying causes and resolving them permanently
• Support the team leader in coordinating daily workflows and project work to improve and standardise production and service processes in the technical and repair area
• Coordinate staff assignments, including allocating and monitoring the workload
• Facilitate deviation management, including continuous improvement work, and support its further development with employees in the technical and repair area

• Completed technical vocational training, for example as an electronics technician, with further training as a state-certified technician, or an equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of lean methods and process management is desirable
• A responsible, proactive and team-oriented approach to thinking, working and collaboration
• An independent, goal-oriented working style within performance targets and deadlines
• Strong communication skills, resilience and flexibility
• Ability to motivate employees and guide them in their tasks
• Confident use of standard Office applications and SAP
• Good spoken and written English
