• Support the procurement team in daily operational business
• Maintenance and updating of master and contract data in the ERP system
• Processing of complaints as well as recording and tracking of order confirmations
• Handling of toll manufacturing
• Monitoring of ongoing ordering processes and active support of colleagues
• Participation in the analysis and optimization of processes in the procurement area
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of internal processes

• Ongoing studies in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree program
• Interest in purchasing, procurement, and administrative processes
• Structured and careful working style with a strong quality awareness
• Independent, reliable approach to tasks as well as enjoyment of collaboration in the team and with various departments
• IT affinity (Excel, PowerPoint, simple programming)
• Very good German and English skills (at least level B2)
