About this Apprenticeship
Train as a sales assistant or retail sales specialist at ROSSMANN. You will learn to organize retail operations, help run the store each day and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep shelves stocked, products well presented and customers happy with their shopping experience.
- At the checkout: Handle payments quickly, stay organized and keep the checkout running smoothly.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, understand individual customer needs and find suitable products.
- In the team: Work closely with your colleagues and listen to everyone.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts covering flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help at the checkout, on the shelves or with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customer needs.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your abilities and learn new skills.
