Logistics Expert Junior Manager | Regional Warehouse

Company headquarters in Burgwedel near Hanover. The Logistics Expert team controls and organizes the flow of goods. You learn to take on technical, project-based and later disciplinary responsibility, and are prepared for a future leadership role at one of the nationwide warehouse sites.

• Get to know the operational processes and strategic areas of nationwide logistics at the Burgwedel site
• Later take on a leadership position at one of the nationwide logistics sites
• Take on concrete tasks early in projects to optimize logistics processes
• Gradually take on first leadership tasks in regional warehouse logistics and temporarily step in for leadership positions
• During site visits, monitor findings, question processes, develop optimizations and share them in decision-maker meetings

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, logistics management or economics, ideally with a logistics focus and some practical work experience
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibility, convincing and confident presence
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, flexibility with new tasks, strong communication, assertiveness, and an independent and reliable way of working
• Interest in nationwide business travel and a class B driver's license
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment and a high level of commitment
