Process Manager

Process management at ROSSMANN's headquarters in Burgwedel near Hanover. You will improve international end-to-end processes and support standardized systems and international rollout, migration and transformation projects. This full-time parental leave cover position initially runs until 30 June 2028.

• Analyze, document and improve international business processes. Work closely with business departments, product owners, country subsidiaries and IT teams to identify opportunities for improvement, support process changes and help introduce new systems internationally
• Support international rollout, migration and transformation projects from a process perspective, ensuring process requirements are considered early and embedded in the target processes. Support fit-gap analyses and align existing and future process standards
• Ensure compliance with ROSSMANN's process framework and balance global standards, blueprint requirements and local needs. Further develop templates, approaches and documentation to support scalable international processes
• Advise business departments and country subsidiaries on process standards, dependencies and the effects of process changes. Work closely with product management, product owners and architecture teams to improve transparency and consistent international processes
• Build and develop end-to-end process knowledge across multiple countries, focusing on international business processes such as Idea-to-Market & Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Fulfill, Lead-to-Cash, Record-to-Report and Recruit-to-Retire

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Process Management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of process management experience, ideally in international retail, ERP or transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of analyzing, documenting, improving and harmonizing business processes
• Very good understanding of end-to-end processes and how they interact with company systems
• Experience with process management methods and tools, such as BPMN, Signavio, Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement
• Strong communication, facilitation and advisory skills when working with international stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex business and organizational relationships in a structured way and explain them clearly
• Structured, analytical and solution-focused approach to work with a high level of initiative
• Strong intercultural skills and very good German and English
