About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the bank sales apprenticeship you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region: Neubrandenburg, start: 01.08.2027, duration: 2.5 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: you prepare consultations before and after, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you found in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practical way
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year of training, plus vacation and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. If your performance is good, it can be shortened to 2 years.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and a contribution to travel or rent costs depending on the distance to the vocational school.
