About this Apprenticeship

For our new opening in Neubrandenburg we are looking for you, full-time or part-time with at least 150 hours per month. We are part of the REWE Group.

What You'll Learn

Friendly and competent advice and creating goods orders for our customers
Living our service mindset and focusing on customers' wishes
Taking responsibility for attractive design and placement of products and promotional goods in your sales area
Carrying out price labeling and putting up signage
Making decisions within your scope, e.g. for complaints, and contributing assortment ideas

Requirements

Experience in retail, e.g. as a retail/wholesale merchant (m/f/d), salesperson, customer advisor, or in a trade, e.g. as a bricklayer, foreman, roofer, carpenter, or as a career changer from another industry
Knowledge of the range of shell construction/drywall, insulation, roofing, and willingness to pitch in
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and selling our products, plus communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
Organizational skills, e.g. for independently prioritizing and structuring daily business
Openness to working with digital tools and merchandise management systems
