About this Apprenticeship

For our new store opening in Neubrandenburg we are looking for you part-time, 80 to 100 hours per month. toom is part of the REWE Group.

What You'll Learn

Friendly greeting, serving and farewell of our customers
Smooth, inventory-safe handling of checkout transactions and trustworthy handling of payment methods
Implementing our services, e.g. equipment and van rental and processing online reservations
Handling complaints, warranties and returns
Answering customer inquiries and forwarding them to colleagues where needed
Maintaining and attractively presenting the checkout area and restocking goods

Requirements

Retail experience, e.g. as a retail/wholesale clerk (m/f/d), cashier or as a career changer from another industry
Enjoyment of direct customer contact, solution orientation and organizational skills
A careful, structured and equally quick way of working
Confident use of merchandise management systems
