About this Apprenticeship

For the new store opening in Neubrandenburg, toom, part of the REWE Group, is looking for part-time staff with 150 hours per month.

What You'll Learn

Friendly and competent advice and creating goods orders for our customers
Customer-oriented action and fulfilling our service mindset
Taking responsibility for placing products and promotional goods in your sales area
Carrying out price labeling and putting up signage
Making decisions within your scope of action, e.g. for complaints, and contributing product range ideas

Requirements

Experience in retail, e.g. as a retail or wholesale clerk (m/f/d), salesperson, customer advisor, or in a trade, e.g. as a painter, varnisher, upholsterer, tiler, carpenter, or as a career changer from another industry
Interest in the product range of laminate, vinyl, carpet, tiles and ideally hands-on experience
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and selling our products, plus strong communication and a solution-oriented approach
Organizational skills, e.g. for independently prioritizing and structuring daily business
Openness to using digital tools and merchandise management systems
