About this Apprenticeship
An apprenticeship with R+V Insurance in bank sales in Ellwangen (Jagst). Working with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, you will learn to advise customers on insurance, planning for the future and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work with the team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and build your knowledge at vocational school in Karlsruhe.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how we advise real customers.
- Work as a team: prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create offers and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate secondary school certificate or a qualification for university or university of applied sciences entry
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: students who have realised during their current studies that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Monthly pay of €1,455 in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year of training, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay.
- Well organised training, a mentoring programme, and in-house training and support to develop your talents.
- The normal training period is 2.5 years. It can be shortened to 2 years if your performance meets the requirements.
- Payments towards savings, help with learning materials, and contributions towards travel or rent depending on the distance to the vocational school.
- 30 days of holiday, plus 24 and 31 December off, the latest iPhone and a notebook computer, and a 38-hour working week under the pay agreement.
