About this Apprenticeship
Three year dual study business degree focused on risk and insurance management at R+V in the Ellwangen region, starting on 1 September 2027. You work with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, future financial planning and investments. Academic study takes place at DHBW in Heidenheim or Stuttgart.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work as part of a team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Heidenheim or Stuttgart.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work as a team: Prepare for customer advice meetings, complete follow-up work, create offers and help the team conclude contracts.
Requirements
- A university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with a good maths grade; completed vocational training is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Applicants who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work are also welcome
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas payments amounting to two months of pay
- Support for your development: A bachelor's degree with other recognised qualifications, such as IHK investment brokerage, a mentoring programme, extra university qualifications such as IHK trainer certification, plus internal training and talent development
