About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the bank sales apprenticeship you work closely with the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, pensions and financial investments. Duration: 2.5 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understanding insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: Monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year of training, plus vacation and Christmas bonus equal to two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: Well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. If your performance is good, it can be shortened to 2 years.
- Financial support: Capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and contribution to travel or rent costs depending on distance to the vocational school.
