About this Apprenticeship
Dual study programme with R+V Insurance in bank sales in Ebstorf. You work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to help customers make decisions about insurance, financial protection and investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work with a team at the point of sale in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at the Cooperative State University of Saxony or the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is provided to real customers.
- Work as a team: prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- University or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with a good maths grade; completed vocational training is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: applicants who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical experience
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay
- Support for your development: a bachelor's degree with additional recognised qualifications, such as IHK investment brokerage certification, a mentoring programme, extra qualifications through the university programme, such as IHK trainer certification, plus internal training and talent development
