About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the bank sales apprenticeship you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region: Halle, start: 01.08.2027, duration: 2.5 to 3 years. Apply with your CV and your last two certificates; a cover letter is optional.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
- Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschule diploma or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you have found in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: 1,455 € per month in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year of training, plus vacation and Christmas pay equal to two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: well-structured training, mentoring program, and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 3 years. If your performance fits, shortening to 2.5 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance, and a contribution to travel or rent costs depending on the distance to the vocational school.
