Start your dual study program at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. In your dual study program in bank sales, you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to accompany customers in important decisions regarding insurance, provision and financial investments. • Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in branches of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Heidenheim or Stuttgart.
• Understand insurance: You learn about our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on advisory talks, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts.

• University entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification with good mathematics grade – an already completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at start of apprenticeship
