Home Financing Specialist

Work as a self-employed sales agent in the sales organisation of Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG, focusing on home financing.

• Act as an independent acquisition agent (m/f/d) as a self-employed sales agent under § 84 HGB in the product field, holding customer conversations
• Develop advisory concepts based on the customer's goals and wishes and derive concrete offers
• Be the specialist and contact person for home financing
• Actively expand your customer network and maintain customer relationships
• Increase your personal profile with sales promotion activities
• Plan and carry out measures for market development and tapping home financing potential

• Commercial training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification. Ideally at least two years of sales experience in financial services.
• Expertise in building society savings and home financing. Ideally experience planning and implementing sales measures for the assigned customer and contract base.
