• As an independent commercial agent (f/m/d) according to § 84 HGB, you advise and support your customers according to their needs across the four pillars of modern provision: security, home ownership, risk protection and asset accumulation.
• You develop consulting concepts for all provision topics based on the identified goals and wishes of the customer and derive concrete offers from them.
• You actively build your customer network and maintain your relationships with customers.
• In addition to customer care, you take responsibility for sales and quality targets.
• You lead, qualify and support your motivated field service team.
• Together with your sales director (f/m/d) you are responsible for the optimization and expansion of your team.

• You enjoy working in our sales division, which you can organize independently and flexibly in terms of time.
• Your appearance is friendly and appreciative.
• Our customers and your team benefit from your professional and solution-oriented approach.
• You have a flexible, independent working style, set priorities in your tasks and are organizationally strong.
• You have a commercial training as a bank clerk (f/m/d) or a comparable degree. Ideally you have experience in the areas of management, building society savings, construction financing and pension products.
