About this Apprenticeship
Dual study programme at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and investments. Region: Wolfhagen, start: 01.09.2027, duration: 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
- Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what consulting with real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: you prepare and follow up consulting meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Fach-)Hochschulreife with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you have found in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, hands-on challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly 1,532 € in the first, 1,620 € in the second and 1,748 € in the third year of training – plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
