What You'll Learn
- Dual study in a block model with practical phases at R+V in Stuttgart and theory phases at DHBW Stuttgart
- Work in various departments during practical phases, receive individual support and take responsibility
- Learn everything about insurance: from customer service and handling claims and benefit applications to assessing risks and developing tailored insurance solutions
- Preparation for later roles, for example customer advisor (m/f/d) or claims adjuster (m/f/d)
- Field sales observation placement with direct customer contact
- Take part in seminars and workshops with the other dual students
Requirements
- Good to very good (technical) Abitur
- Interest in business management topics
- Team spirit, communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
- Openness to digital tools and eagerness to learn new things
- Independent and structured way of working
