What You'll Learn
- Protection: You find suitable insurance solutions for private customers of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken so they can look to the future with ease.
- Advice: The focus is on what really matters to our customers. You identify their needs and guide them in person or digitally toward more security.
- Customer management: Trust grows with every contact. You maintain existing relationships and win new customers with individual insurance concepts.
- Knowledge transfer: You identify market opportunities and support the sales partner and team with your knowledge to become even more successful together.
Requirements
- Training in insurance, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in selling personal and property insurance
- Communication skills, empathy and strong customer focus
- Digital affinity and initiative
