About this Apprenticeship
As a customer advisor (m/f/d) of the DEVK branch office Elena Amann you become part of the agency team in Straubing. We are looking for motivated talents, experienced insurance professionals and committed career changers (m/f/d) who want to enrich the team and contribute to the growth and success of our agency. No experience in the insurance industry? No problem! With our practical compact training and personal onboarding we make you fit for your successful entry.
What You'll Learn
- You advise and support long-standing private and business customers in all insurance matters
- You build lasting customer relationships
- You acquire new customers - completely without cold calling
- You check and optimize the current insurance situation of our customers
- You manage and settle small claims
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training | ideal would be: merchant (m/f/d) for insurance and financial assets or insurance specialist (m/f/d)
- Alternatively motivation for career change and willingness to develop professionally
- Experience in customer consulting or sales
- Sales talent and independent working style
- Communication strength, sales talent, enjoyment of individual consulting
- Car driving license
