About this Apprenticeship
Field customer adviser in Straubing for an independent Württembergische insurance agency. Advise customers in person or online and develop suitable insurance solutions from a wide range of products.
What You'll Learn
- Work as part of a committed team in a well equipped insurance agency.
- Use modern tools to advise customers in person or online about Württembergische insurance products.
- Provide expert advice that builds successful customer relationships, trust and a positive customer experience.
- Identify customers' wishes and goals, and help them achieve these by preparing individual solutions and quotes from a wide range of products.
Requirements
- Qualifications: You have completed training as an insurance adviser or insurance sales specialist.
- Communication and customer focus: You enjoy approaching customers and understand their needs well.
- Driving licence: You hold a category B driving licence.
