Advise business clients on property and casualty insurance through bank sales in the Waldeck-Frankenberger Bank eG region. The role offers secure permanent employment, flexible working options and career development.
What You'll Learn
- Insurance protection: Find tailored property and casualty insurance solutions for business clients of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken so they can plan their future with confidence.
- Advice: Focus on what matters to customers. Identify their needs and support them in person or online in improving their protection.
- Customer management: Build trust through each contact. Maintain existing relationships and win new customers with tailored insurance plans.
- Knowledge sharing: Identify market opportunities and use your knowledge to support the sales partner and team in achieving greater success together.
Requirements
- Vocational training in insurance, such as an IHK insurance adviser qualification or insurance clerk training, or a comparable qualification
- Strong technical and sales knowledge of commercial property insurance
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a clear focus on customers
- Confidence with digital tools and initiative
