Logistics Team Leader

SCHOTT Pharma is seeking a logistics team leader at its production site in Müllheim-Hügelheim. You will lead the team, shape processes and ensure materials and products reach production on time.

• Lead, schedule and develop logistics employees, including teams working shifts around the clock
• Take responsibility for stock levels, goods flows and proper warehouse management
• Ensure order, safety and accurate SAP records of all goods movements
• Plan and carry out stocktakes and manage administrative logistics processes
• Analyse complaints and process problems and put improvements into practice

• Completed vocational training in warehousing or logistics
• Several years of logistics experience, ideally with some leadership experience
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills, a structured approach and the ability to cope well with stress
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office; experience with Power BI is an advantage
• A forklift licence and very good German; English skills are desirable
