SCHOTT Electronic Packaging is a leading developer and manufacturer of hermetic housings and other components for the reliable, long-term protection of sensitive electronics. The Human Resources department offers a mandatory internship at the Landshut site starting in February 2027.

• Be an active part of our HR team and take on independent projects
• Prepare for and attend trade fairs
• Support in time management and digital document management
• Help with applicant management
• Contribute to projects on process optimization and digitalization
• Be involved in employee support and help with day-to-day business
• Insight into SAP HR

• Studies in business administration or a similar field
• Good MS Office skills
• English, spoken and written
• Enjoyment of working independently
• Teamwork and communication skills
