About this Apprenticeship
At Schüller Möbelwerk in Herrieden, skilled workers and career changers operate machinery used to manufacture kitchens. The production team handles tasks from gluing to visual inspections and ensures product quality.
What You'll Learn
- Operate and set up modern CNC-controlled machinery and production equipment
- Adjust and improve machine processes after suitable training
- Carry out visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
- Independently carry out cleaning and maintenance according to the maintenance schedule
- Maintain order, cleanliness and workplace safety in the work area
Requirements
- Ideally, completed vocational training in a technical, craft or industrial field, such as machine and plant operation, agricultural machinery mechanics, industrial mechanics, process mechanics, wood processing, joinery, cabinetmaking or carpentry, or a comparable qualification
- Career changers with technical understanding and an interest in operating machinery are also welcome
- Initial experience with machinery and production equipment is an advantage
- A reliable, organised and team-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to work a two-shift system with early and late shifts
