About this Apprenticeship
Schüller Möbelwerk GmbH is looking for a clerk for product service and customer support in Herrieden, full-time (junior level). In these departments, innovation meets perfect organization: kitchen trends are researched, new surfaces and products are developed, and the department creates multilingual manuals to provide the best customer service.
What You'll Learn
- Supporting customers and trade partners with kitchen planning software (e.g. CARAT, SHD, Cyncly, eOPUS) and digital ordering processes
- Testing new products and helping with the successful use of new digital solutions and features
- Handling service and support requests
- Actively helping shape projects to develop product service and digital service solutions
- Planning, organizing and running training sessions and webinars on digital planning software
- Creating documentation and user information
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), IT clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Interest in digital processes and technical contexts
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of interacting with customers and trade partners
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Good English skills, further foreign language skills an advantage
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
