Sales Back Office Specialist

Our sales back office is a central interface and supports the area and regional managers competently in the multilingual back office. You are the central contact person, create well-founded analyses and represent our company committedly at trade fairs. With great attention to detail, you ensure smooth processes and the well-being of our customers.

Preparation of evaluations, statistics and PowerPoint presentations Contact person (m/f/d) for regional and area sales managers Assistance with sales-related year-end tasks Support in organising and preparing trade fairs and sales events Participation in national and international trade fairs Correspondence with international business partners and internal departments General commercial and administrative tasks in the sales back office

Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in sales back office, clerical work or a comparable commercial office activity desirable Structured, reliable and independent way of working Organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility Team player and strong communication skills Good command of English, both written and spoken, for daily business correspondence. Further foreign language skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint IT affinity desirable
